Y’all I was honored to be asked to be the opening act for Country Star Chris Lane at Freedom Fest 2025 at Pinehurst Resort. It was the 1st Annual event celebrating Independence Day featuring a LIVE concert, food, drinks and fireworks after the music.

It was a very quick YES when Pinehurst Resort asked if I would like to open for Chris Lane. If you didn’t know Chris has charted seven singles on Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay, three of which went to No. 1. BONUS: Chris opened for Kane Brown at one of the first concerts I ever attended.

Needless to say Mike Smith and I had a wonderful time playing for an amazing crowd at the show. We performed an hour of some of our favorite songs and a few of my original tunes to kick off the show and Chris and his band played a rowdy, high energy show right up until the fireworks began.

Chris and his team were awesome to Mike and I and I can’t wait to work with him again.  Thanks to Pinehurst Resort for the opportunity and to everyone who came out to celebrate with us!
